Wild abundance

The weddings section of the NY Times is generally more about announcement (and hauteur) than a place from which to cull great entertaining ideas. This past weekend, however, the Times surprised me with the enviable nuptials of Gabrielle Langholtz and Craig Haney – the publicist for the Greenmarket and the livestock manager at Stone Barns, respectively – and added a gorgeous slideshow to boot.

These foodies made the simple, local bounty of fruits, vegetables, meats, and wildflowers centerstage at their celebration, and the result is nothing short of spectacular.
